  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

  3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

By renting from All Aboard Trains 2 ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Rental Agreement

Booking: Reservations are required and can be made via our website, phone, or email.

Payment: A deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due on the day of the event.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund of the deposit.

3. Use of Service

Supervision: Adult supervision is required at all times during the rental period.

Safety: All passengers must adhere to safety instructions provided by our staff. The train must not exceed its maximum capacity.

Location: The train is designed for use on flat, hard surfaces. It can operate on public streets and private properties with prior approval.

4. Liability

Damages: You are responsible for any damage to the train or equipment caused by negligence or misuse.Injury: We are not liable for any injuries sustained by passengers during the rental period, except in cases of gross negligence by our staff.

5. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, accidents, or other unforeseen events.

6. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Tulare County / California.

9. Media Release

By using our services, you consent to All Aboard Trains 2 taking photographs or videos of the train and the event for promotional purposes. These images may be used on our website, social media, and other marketing materials. If you do not wish to have your event photographed or recorded, please inform us in writing prior to the event.
