Terms and Payment:
Deposit fee due at booking to confirm reservation. Balance due at time of arrival. Electronic payments for the deposit accepted via Venmo, CashApp and Zelle. Cash is prefered for remainder of balance in person at the time of scheduled appointment. Gratuity accepted on site. Electronic deposit can be made by scanning the QR code of your choice at the bottom of this page. Deposits are non-refundable.

Rain Policy:
We definitely work in the rain unless there is a downpour. If you decide to cancel your scheduled train ride due to rain or any other reason, the $100.00 deposit will not be refunded.

Train Capacity:

Our Train consist of 5 train cars. Each train car can hold up to 4 small children (total of 20 riders), or 2 medium size kids, or 1 adult and two children (up to 5 adults). Only one adult per car due to weight restrictions. Unruly passengers will be asked to exit the train ride. We hate to put weight limits because we love to see everyone enjoy our train ride: however, for safety concerns and maintaining the integrity of the train, we have to.

Operating Area:

We operate our train on most surfaces. Grass may be acceptable if it is flat and dry with no hills. Depending on some hills, they may not be safe for our train and passengers aboard. If you have any questions regarding the area where you want us to operate our train, please contact us before booking. City Parks and some public streets may require a permit. Please check with your local Parks and Recreation Department for any permit requirements. It is the customer's responsibility to determine if any permits are required for us to operate our train at your event.


We take safety very seriously. We inspect our train before and after every train ride to ensure it is safe to operate. Our train conductor has many years of experience operating our train. Although we are fully insured, there may be outside factors that are out of our control that can be an issue, such as high traffic areas, terrain and other factors.

The area you want us to operate our train at will be discussed to determine if we can safely operate. If the area described to us by the customer does not match the description upon arrival, an assessment will be made at that time to determine if we can safely operate our train. If it is deemed unsafe to operate in the area, we will not operate our equipment and will not refund any deposit already made (see deposit)

Other safety factors are riders intentionally abusing / tampering with our train and or its components. Rowdy riders or anyone else behaving in an unsafe manner will be asked to exit the train for the remainder of the event. For additional safety reasons, We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we deem unsafe or unfit to board our train.
